Privacy policy

If you create an account: your name, email address and/or phone number, a password (stored only in scrambled form, never readable by us), and a profile photo if you add one.

If you send an enquiry or use the contact form: what you write and the contact details you give. The form opens your own email app, so the message travels by email like any other.

Your browser also keeps a few things on your own device so the site works the way you left it: your chosen language, the items in your enquiry, and whether you are signed in.

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver what you order, and let you sign in to your account. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The partner map loads satellite imagery from Esri. Like any website, that service sees your device's internet address when it sends the map pictures. The site has no advertising or tracking scripts.

Account details are kept until you delete your account, which you can do yourself from your profile at any time. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can see and change your details in your profile, and delete your account there. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email info@shalyar.com.
